This resolves the conflicts and gets the workspace `Cargo.toml`s to not be invalid. It doesn't actually get clippy to pass again yet. Does move `crypto/dkg/src/evrf` into a new `crypto/dkg/evrf` crate (which does not yet compile).
Simple Request
A simple alternative to reqwest, supporting HTTPS, intended to support a majority of use cases with a fraction of the dependency tree.
This library is built directly around hyper, hyper-rustls, and does require
tokio. Support for async-std would be welcome.
