Luke Parker	2fbe925c4d	Expand the stack size CI with macOS, `oksh`, and `osh` Fixes the installation of `gash`. Attempted `posh` on macOS and `mrsh`, leading to https://github.com/serai-dex/serai/issues/703 and https://github.com/serai-dex/serai/issues/704 respectively. Attempted `gosh` leading to https://github.com/u-root/u-root/issues/3474. Attempted `nsh` but hit https://github.com/nuta/nsh/issues/49 (while `nsh` appears no longer under development, meaning that's unlikely to be fixed).
